Go the the FANS tab at the bottom of anyone's profile page. Click on REQUEST TO BECOME A FAN. Your friendship/fan request will be sent to that user for approval.

Sign up for an account by entering your personal info in the BROADTEXTER pop-up window (it's FREE and has No Spam privacy policy to ensure user information is safe). Broadtexter will send you an e-mail to confirm the successful activation of your account. Fans can now enter their mobile number right onto your Woozyfly profile page. If you feel you and/or someone you know are in danger, contact law enforcement immediately. Do not respond to messages or correspondences from the individual. Block the individual from contacting you. Remove the individual from your Friend/Fan List (they will then no longer be able to add Comments to your Profile page), and delete any Comments they have left on your Profile page. If they created a nasty profile about you or someone you know, you can contact customer service here. Make sure to include the link to the profile!)

Someone is pretending to be me - what do I do?

In order to verify your identity, please send us a "salute": This means we will need an image of yourself holding a handwritten sign with the word "WOOZYFLY.com" and you Woozyfly username. We can then remove the profile that uses your identity without your permission. Please be sure to include the web address/URL to the profile in question when you send your salute. If the profile is an extremely obvious attempt to be cruel/false, you may not need to send a salute. Sending a salute will help expedite things, though!

I think someone compromised my account, I can't log in, and things look different, what do I do?

First, try to retrieve the password for you account through the Password Retrieval Tool. Once you get your pasword, you can log into your account and change the password to your account. Make sure the password for your WOOZYFLY.com account is never the same for your email account! Next, make sure that someone didn't leave a comment on your page that could have altered the page. If you can't log into your account at all, and you aren't receiving the password for your account, we will need a salute from you so we can verify you are the owner of the profile. Make sure to not post your salute in a public place and send the web address of your salute and your profile to WOOZYFLY.com here. If your background is different, html may have been removed because it contained faulty code. This is your chance to redesign your profile!

Where do I report underage users?

Users must be atleast 14 years of age to join WOOZYFLY. Your profile may be deleted and your Membership may be terminated without warning, if we believe that you are under 14 years of age or if we believe you are 14 through 17 years of age and you represent yourself as 18 or older. If you believe you have seen a user under 14 years of age on WOOZYFLY.com, or a user who is 14 through 17 years of age and is representing themselves as 18 or older, please contact us with the URL and we will investigate and remove validated underage accounts.

A pop-up window will appear when content has been successfully added to your playlist. Select these videos from the MY PLAYLIST pull-down menu in the middle of your EJ profile page to play this content during your live show.

How do I go live with a show?

On your EJ profile page, click the GO LIVE button beneath the left-hand media screen. A green icon reading "ON AIR" will appear in the left-hand media screen to let you know you are broadcasting live.

How do I play a video during my live show?

Use the three pull-down menus labeled MY MEDIA, MY PLAYLIST, and WOOZYFLY PLAYLIST to select your videos, audio, or jpegs to play. Once media has been selected, click the green PLAY button beneath the appropriate pull-down to stream the content during your live show.

Can I play videos from Woozlyfly.com?

WoozyFly.com provides video for all EJ's in the pre-loaded WOOZYFLY PLAYLIST pull-down.

Can I sell advertising to have sponsors pay me for my shows?

Yes, you can make revenue off of people providing you with commercials, videos, audio, photos, etc that you play during your EJ show.

Do I get to keep the money from the advertisers?

It's all yours! We do not take a dime from you as you are the one selling the advertising. So sell away and have fun!

Can I save a show and watch it later?

Yes, after you have completed a show and click the STOP LIVE button you are automatically prompted with a pop-up window to archive your broadcast. Click YES and enter the show name, date, and description to save the show for future viewing by you and your fans.

HOW DO I CHANGE THE ORDER THAT MY CONTENT (VIDEO/AUDIO/PHOTO) APPEARS ON MY PROFILE?

Click the VIDEO/AUDIO/PHOTO tab located next to your ABOUT ME on your EJ profile page. Click EDIT MY VIDEO in the top left of the MY VIDEO window.
